In the diagnostic menu you can test several functions of the Packard Bell Compasseo 500/600. To access the Compasseo 500/600 diagnostic menu:
  1. Power off the Compasseo 500/600 with the battery switch on the back.
  2. Hold the volume button down and, at the same time, turn the battery switch back on.
  3. Release the volume button.
